Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator.  In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with social media influencers to increase brand awareness and drive sales. You'll identify appropriate influencer partners, negotiate collaborations, coordinate campaigns, and measure results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify influencers whose audience and aesthetic align with our brand values
• Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and their management teams
• Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation for influencer partnerships
• Place orders and coordinate product shipments to influencers and track inventory for influencer campaigns
• Brief influencers on campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and key messaging
• Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment and contractual compliance
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI)
• Stay current on social media trends and emerging platforms
• Manage influencer marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum impact
• Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Strong negotiation skills and budget management capabilities
• Knowledge of fashion industry trends
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
